The recent decision of a judge in one of the lower Federal courts that the Frazier-Lemke Amendment to the Federal Bankruptcy Act is unconstitutional serves as a sharp and wholesome reminder the dangerous lengths to which poorly considered laws may go in an effort to effect a cure for every human ill.
